What are the pace group goal times available at Raleigh Half Marathon?
The inital pace groups will be 1:20, 1:25, 1:30, 1:35, 1:40, 1:45, 1:50, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45, and 3:00. We will consider adding more groups if there is interest. Email us to let us know what you are targetting if it’s not listed here.
What is a Pace Team leader?
A Pace Team Leader is an experienced distance runner whose objective is to evenly pace runners to their time goal. They achieve this by setting an even pace from start to finish.
Do I need to sign up for a Pace Team?
No. You can meet your pacer in advance at the expo, or just look for your pace team leader on race morning. Each pace team leader will be at the start waving a sign with their finish time goal. Arrive early! (or sign up in advance on your entry)
